Why are you doing this?
A common trait us tutors all share is our undeniable love to spread educational success at a young age. We believe it shouldn't cost an arm and a leg to realize your academic goals and to overcome the obstacles you face at school.
How do we know your high school level of knowledge is reliable for students?
Our tutors are all taking advanced AP classes, and represent academically at the highest level. Learn about each tutor's academic achievements under the "Team" tab!
Why shouldn't I simply hire a professional tutor?
Not only is UpGrade a much more affordable option, our high-school tutors know all the ins and outs to their previous classes. As we've once been in your shoes, we understand how you think, and will use the best way to teach you based on the type of learner you are.
What type of students do you tutor?
We tutor every subject from K-8, and certain subjects in high school including certain AP subjects.

What if I need to cancel a session?
At UpGrade, we have a 100% refund policy. Shoot us an email and we'll reply within 12 hours! Online payments will be refunded as soon as the booking is cancelled. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the tutoring session for a full refund.
How do I pay for my tutoring session I just booked?
Tutoring Fees can be made through cash or Venmo. Venmo is a secure payment platform that can be downloaded on the App Store or the Google Play Store. If paying through Venmo, payments should be made out to @UpGradeTutoring. If you have any questions about Venmo, please don't hesitate to ask our tutors after your session!
